Luca Poletti
Biologist
Born in Perugia on 03/22/1970, graduated in Biological Sciences in 1994, specialized in Ecological-Environmental Sciences. He has gained a post-graduate research experience in chemometrics and multivariate statistics. Visiting researcher at Imperial College London. He has undertaken a professional career as an environmental consultant for private companies and public bodies in environmental hygiene, ecotoxicology, wasteology and environmental management issues. Chief director of Sereco-Biotest environmental analysis laboratory. Contract professor for over 10 years at the Faculty of Pharmacy of the University of Perugia. Author of scientific publications and patents. He is currently dedicating himself to issues of circular economy and environmental sustainability in the agri-food supply chains (sustainable fertilization and nutrient recovery), livestock breeding (biogas and energy recovery from waste) and fashion (optimization of distribution logistics for waste reduction through AI)
Alessandro Toccaceli
Engineer
Graduated in Environmental Engineering at the University of Perugia. Expert in hydraulics, infrastructures, acoustics, mechanical and industrial systems, water purification, fire prevention. For over 20 years it has been involved in the design of river catchments, sewers, aqueducts, civil and commercial technological plants. Technician qualified for phonometric measurements. Alongside the typical professional activity of civil and environmental engineering (drafting of hydraulic compatibility reports, wastewater disposal authorisations, acoustic projects, acoustic impact assessments, etc…) Eng. Toccaceli, has dedicated himself to the conception, development and engineering of innovative technological processes in the field of environmental sustainability and circularity of agro-zootechnical systems, in particular as regards the reduction, recovery and valorisation of nitrogen and other nutrients from livestock manure and digestates. Andrea Brugnoni
Chemical
Graduated in Chemical Sciences at the University of Perugia. Chemical analyst with over 30 years of experience in the field of laboratory determinations of environmental pollutants and. Expert in the conduction of experimental trials on industrial pilot plants and in environmental sampling.
Roberto Poletti
Agronomist
Graduated in Agricultural Sciences at the University of Perugia, he has worked as an agronomist for over 15 years, providing technical and management assistance to numerous agro-companies, including those involved in organic farming.
Expert in social agriculture and forestry sciences, he has been involved in biomass energy for over 20 years, becoming an expert in anaerobic biogasification technologies, with particular reference to technical-economic analysis, environmental accounting of agro-food chains. energy and the creation of new reactor technologies for which it holds patents.
He dealt with the reduction of the nitrogen load of livestock and anaerobic waste and the recovery of nutrients and sustainable fertilization.

Alessio Torzuoli
Agronomist
Graduated in Agricultural Sciences from the University of Perugia and registered with the Order of Agronomists and Forestry Doctors of the Province of Perugia, he carries out technical-economic consultancy activities in favour of organic or conventional agricultural companies, as well as esteems and [peritale] for public bodies (Umbria Region, Court of Perugia). It also deals with environmental design, rural development, social agriculture and, since 2009, in collaboration with Sereco Biotest, applied industrial research in the sector of renewable energy and sustainable development. He is an expert in the field of 2D/3D technical drawing, GIS systems, computerized procedures and sector regulations. His line of work includes also VET (Vocational Education&Training) having taught in courses organized at various legally recognized centres in the regulatory, agronomic, phytopathological, safety, but also web – marketing and e – commerce fields. Finally, he is registered with the Order of Journalists and works as a reporter in collaboration with some online sports newspapers, radio, TV curating weekly columns.
